Nation's Urgent Water Crisis
A press conference on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC is scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, 2004, the day before "Earth Day," to announce introduction of legislation aimed at solving America's long-term water needs.
Desalination converts seawater and brackish water into pure drinking water. This is a timely issue for urban and rural communities throughout the nation.
